Better than the Iphone 5s .......SD slot and you can change the battery....

it also says dual sim

Shame that there's no GPS, could have made a handy running or cycling computer. Handy if you don't want to take an expensive phone on holiday, festival etc.

Have some heat.

Heat added I spotted this a few weeks ago but didn't yet post. I really need a dual or tri sim solution!!

this has to be hot.. May be the title should include Dual SIM and also the price includes £10 top-up. There isn't any Dual SIM android phone cheaper than this from a high street seller.

not bad but such phones are really slow and laggy and become worse with time. touchscreen also becomes less responsive and you can't install the most used apps properly without having running out of storage messages.

an ok deal for a phone to "lose" ,a bit dubious about the first year screen repair though???,could it be a bit iffy?

heat added,nice find

Motorola Moto E is massively better for just £20 more.

"Just" £20? To some people that's a lot of money, this looks like excellent value for money.

I use a cheap phone (ZTE Mini Q) as an mp3 player - fantastic for audio books due to dedicated apps (Listen Audiobook Player is the best). A very cost effective solution, heat added.

Any idea of the price for unlocking the orange payg version, thinking of getting it for my father

I am expecting this phone to be dual sim and hence will be unlocked for all networks (as all dual sim phones are unlocked anywhere you buy in the world)

Plus the Motorola Moto E is only 1 SIM .. whereas this KAZAM Phone is obviously a 2 SIM Phone .....

If you can afford to wait, get Jiayu F1 from one of the Chinese sellers (for £40 delivered or so) instead.
Much better specs and quality for your money (yes, it is dual-sim too).

I'm pretty sure the point he's making is that for 40% more money you get a phone (Moto E) which is much more than 40% better, with the exception being dual sim (which I'm sure a very small minority are interested in anyway).

My money would be on the Moto E or if I was particularly strapped for cash the HTC Desire C deal from yesterday, if I could find one.

If, for whatever reason, you only had £50 to spend, then I suppose yea, you can't do much worse - it's a crap smartphone though,

PS I would never buy another iPhone but copthis1, you can't be serious.

Aszu - can you point me towards one of these? I can find a few listed on Amazon - but they are all > £55+. Be interested to get one.

Thanks

I'd like to know where this is from too.

At a 40% higher price I'd like to think it's better

And I bet there's another phone even better at 40% dearer than that, and another one 40% dearer than the one that's better.

Before you know it you've spent 600 quid on a top of the range Smartphone.

Seems you can't post a link to any phone on this page without someone saying the equivalent Motorola is better.

The performance increase is worth it for most people. If you plan on using it as a smartphone the time saved in day to day usage more then makes up for the slightly higher price.
Its like getting a £50 bike which weighs twice as much as £70 bike for commuting to work. In the long run the slightly more expensive bike is going to save you time which within a few weeks pays for the difference then after that the cheaper bike would be costing you to buy it (in lost time).

Dual core at 1Ghz - could be quite frustrating to use. I don't know as I haven't experienced it, but I can imagine a LOT of lag.

However, as just a phone (i.e. a device with which to make voice calls!) and the dual sim functionality, could suit some very well, and at a good price. I just wouldn't buy one thinking you were going to get an iPhone / S4/5/Note type experience, because you're probably not.

It's not the Dual Core I'd be worried about but the 512MB RAM. At least the screen resolution is so low it shouldn't tax it much.

At least if anyone smashes their screen out of frustration they can get it fixed for free one time.

If £20 is a lot of money to you then you should not be buying a new phone.

I'd pick up a ZTE blade q mini instead for £50...1gb ram . bigger screen. Good performance.. From argos eBay... Unlock £3.99

just a word of warning. we ordered this phone and they sent us the wrong phone. when we called them they said they are not in stock and dont know when they will be . now we are 10£ down as they won't refund the sim top up.

Oooh judgey ....

maybe someone is currently unemployed, or lives as a carer so can't work in paid employment .. in both those cases they are likely to need to be able to keep in touch with folk. If an old phone gets broken they need a new phone, so could look at this as a budget option.

or are you saying that someone with restricted ability to earn good money should only ever have second-hand or hand me down goods ...

A nokia 3210 would be fine in that situation.

just phone phone 4 u
no stock

Awesome res

Huawei Y300 was a better deal for almost the same price a while back, that deal might have gone now though. But the Motorola-E really is not a bad deal especially as it has 1GB of ram and a >4inch screen and the small possibility of a CyanogenMod port.

Depends what people want really though.

The GPS on MTK processor phones is always really poor.

Hot deal. Never heard of these but I love Dual Sim phones.
