Spelt, barley, oats, chia seeds & coconut. At 39p it's much cheaper than other well known convenience porridges so perhaps worth a try if you're a fan of such things.
Not seen this anywhere else but all the other cereals in this range sell for £2.99 or more.

This is really nice porridge, my local farm foods had it in for a while and not been able to find it again. Pity there's no heron near me

Glad you like it. I haven't tried it yet so I don't know whether to go back and buy more. I do like the Ancient Legends cereal and muesli. I'm away from home at the moment so only temporarily have access to this shop but it certainly seems to have lot of bargains. Worth popping in if you come across one.
i don't really understand the 'convenience' of something that is easily made when it's easily made already?!?!

surely boiling water instead of boiling milk is barely a saving and, at least with milk, you don't have any of the crappy additives that even this must have to stop it clogging, etc.

that said, great price... but i reckon they all taste like nuclear war bunker food... even waitrose's moma which is meant to be the bees knees!

and, is it me, or has that 'legends' kelloggs line really failed rather miserably, outside of herons...

It's a convenience if, for example, you want to grab a premeasured, packed breakfast to take to work or like me on a biking/sailing holiday with limited space, milk and cooking facilities. Surprisingly no 'crappy additives'. apart from sugar which I dislike. However, I agree, I think the Legends line will fail because it's vastly overpriced but I recommend the muesli if you have strong teeth.
