Vouchers for those interested.

was it the tin or the pouch they had

Fantastic. Hope my local have some. Cheers OP.

I've only started trying this coffee and its very nice.

Bought some refills in Sainsburys that were perhaps half price at £2 so this price is excellent.

Since the arrival of Millicano and Azzera I only use my coffee machine at weekends, saving me loads of time on weekday mornings. I refuse to pay the £4-£5 a tin, but am happy to stock up when it is half price.

£1 is an amazing price for this, I will be visiting my local branch on Monday.

Great coffee, great price - have some heat!

My coffee machine takes 15 minutes. My Meno One Cup takes 42 seconds to boil and make me a nice cup of Millicano. You do the math(s)!

I'm happy with Tescos own brand instant coffee,100g for 50p,but being a tea drinker......what do I know? Then again, having had a Delongi for 15 years,I buy coffee for it from the reduced section of a cash n carry so get top brands for 25% of the rrp,it supposed to be out of date within a month, but ignore that, most things will last, stored in optimum ways, like my SS milk, due to go rank on 8-2 but still fresh; I know,I like to take a risk or ten!

In my store it was the 85g pouch For a pound. Still a good deal. Didn't see any tins. Might try another store tomorrow.

Even if it is 85g, still a brilliant deal for my favourite instant

hot deal not as good as it used to be though. Not as finely milled.

This is a great deal for those who enjoy a really bad cup of coffee.

Brought 10 tins from the Torquay store today , don't normally go in that store Because its in Hele Village but all the wheels on my car where still there when i went back into the car-park and no key marks on the paint work ....

good price.
I've just bought a 500g one from Costco though for about £7 and thought that was cheap

:)Bought 10 today in Swansea
Best instant coffee:)

It's not that bad!

All coffee tastes the same. Well, maybe not Kopi Luwak unless you don't mind the taste of Civet faeces in the mornin'.

fab deal thamks its £2.05p in tesco extra at the moment and thats on offer

Get a machine with a timer and an insulated jug. Set time to make it 15 mins before you get up.

You get up and pour.
Saves waiting for a kettle to boil.

Takes no longer to prep than making an instant cup.

Sounds like you'd be happier with coffee beans that the civet monkeys have passed as this is a bit of a **** comment to make about decent coffee that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Oh so we're not allowed to criticise a type of drink now aren't we? Sorry I didn't realise you'd introduced that rule...

Fyi I actually voted this hot, as it is a good deal for those that like it, but in my opinion it tastes like what it is...instant coffee dressed up as something special.

Wow. Calm down people. It's only coffee and I believe we're all allowed to have an opinion.

Not trolling masquerading as opinion, but since they got rid of the "Millicules" (wan*y marketing term for finely milled), it now tastes worse than Kenco Smooth/Rich.

A shame, it really did taste decent before Mondelez remanufactured it for cheapness, that's why you can get it for next to nothing now. Carte Noir Instinct has went the same way, the only one that hasn't been messed with is Nescafe Azera, which you'll notice is rarely reduced and sold in even smaller quantities.

Don't get me wrong, it's not awful, it's still infinitely better than that wartime sludge Nescafe Original, but it tastes nothing like the original product.

If I wanted to troll I'd say something along the lines of 'Cold. Not Nescafe Original instant'. I actually gave heat for the price. Also I actually meant what I said about all coffee tasting the same to me. Not everyone has your sense of taste when it comes to coffee which to me is a disgusting drink to begin with. I see for some strange reason you refuse to accept that as an opinion since you feel so strongly about coffee delving into so much details even including who manufactures it currently so I'll just leave it be.

You should have left it a comment sooner, what makes you even think I was replying to you, narcissism?

Get a grip, grow a thicker skin, and stop torturing yourself by opening threads about disgusting coffee if it pains you so much.
