Think this is a decent deal, Mine arrived on Tuesday with UPS (ordered Sunday evening) I think the fake coals and glass front looks nicer then most of the portable gas heaters. Combined with the 23.99 butane bottle from gasdeal.co.uk its worked out pretty cheap for a decent heat source in the conservatory.

Piezo ignition
Variable heat control 1.5kw to 3kw
Wheels for mobility
Adjustable back to accommodate different bottle sizes
Glass front window
Real flame coal effect to create a lovely ambience.
Safety features flame failure device and oxygen depletion system
Size 685 (H) x 309 (W) x 490 (D)mm
This product requires a gas cylinder this is not supplied with the heater.
Hose & Reg included (for Calor butane 7 or 15kg) Reg can be replaced if you use a different gas

Open by the sounds of it.....

Question: is the back of heater straight or slightly curved
Answer: slightly curvy to accommodate the gas bottle

It's curved and if you use a large bottle it will stick out quite a bit.

It depends on the size of the bottle, it has an adjustable back of sorts. I guess with the small bottle it wouldn’t protrude at all but the 13kg bottle it means the back cover is on the second setting. It maybe makes the fire about 6 inches deeper but the bottle is still covered by the back cover. I'll try and get a picture tonight when I get home.
cheers for that...i use the calor 15kg bottles so am hoping theres a 3rd setting for the back cover haha.
Do you need a different regulator for the 13kg bottles.?..i am paying £32 for the 15kg so the 13kg at £24 is a far better deal.

Sorry pics are not great. I expect the 15kg bottle will fit ok - that's the size its supposed to be for. The regulator that came with mine works fine on the 13kg bottles, it is just a standard 21mm butane regulator AFAIK.

O.K..thanks a lot for the info and for taking the time to post the pics ..gonna look a lot better than the battered old **** it's replacing anyhow :-)
thanks, bought one and it will sit in a corner until the flooding takes the electricity out for days. flogas regulator 21 bottle costs £36 so total price is excellent.
btw it's £44.99 too including delivery.
