I'm forever losing my keys, it's a natural talent for me, so i've decided to finally do something about it and pick up one of these nifty little devices to stop the endless search! X)

These trackers are all over the place these days, but I figured one made by a reputable name was worth trying, especially at this price.

• LED Visual Alert helps you find your keys in the dark.
• Proximity Meter gives you a distance estimate to your missing item.
• Find It with a simple touch on the App screen to sound the alarm and locate your missing item.
• Last Seen shows you a map with a pin that identifies the last place your keys were located.
• Quiet Zones lets you set "Don't Disturb Me" areas.
• Compatible with iPhone 5s/5c/5/4s, Galaxy S phones and Galaxy Note 3.
• Phone screen locks the moment you trigger the alarm (Android only).
• App monitors the 6 month battery life on Key Fob.

but does it make an annoying, repetitive chirping noise when you whistle at it?

I've had a couple of similar cheap key finders like this, and all ended up in the bin. you'll be forever having to pair them with your phone.
I've now got the Lapa, and it's great. It just works.
when the phone battery dies ,nothing can find it.

Ignore that review. It was a complaint about Bluetooth, and not really a valid argument. The product is what it is.
there is a £4 delivery option for dpd if you wanna save some more pennies
So by implication this will tell you if you lose your phone too?
Concept is really cool and for that sort of price it's worth trying then if it works for you get a more expensive one. Thanks
Can only collect from Bolton. Lol!

no, this will just tell the person pinching your phone how close the person with your keys is.

When my phone battery's dead, it's pretty easy to find. It's by the socket. On charge.

Is it when mine in charging it powers up, hate it going dead while I'm out
I just ask the wife where she hid them.
Brand should be OK. What else to buy if not this one?
I had the older version of this (by Kensington) and it was appalling. It kept disconnecting and the app kept crashing. I'd be surprised if this was much better.
Bet you don't lose your precious phone

Funny. But seriously because it has an audible alarm it could be quite useful for example from stopping you losing your phone when you've had a few beers. That is if you can remember anything from the evening.

You could argue it performs this function better as it probably alerts you if the phone switched off too, preventing you from losing a phone with a dead battery, provided you don't lose it afterwards.

not much of a deal when you include the extortion delivery cost.
I have this for more than year now,

Isn't the phones battery dead because it's not on charge? Lol
What is the maximum practical range of these?
