I have been looking at this myself for a couple of months and the price has always been around £399-£430. Looks amazing value for the price and has good ratings but no idea if its any good. I think it is cheaper as it does not have the ice or water dispenser on the outside like most of the others have.

Water dispensers are a pain, need filters and cleaning and also take up room in the fridge.

Clearance price seems to be more than it was in the mega deals sale a couple of weeks back hotukdeals.com/dea…318
I would point this out to the manager and then offer them £300 or a kick in the crotch.

Awesome refrigerator!

Yeah this has been posted at a lower price before and it was available nationwide so to me this doesn't feel like a deal. (cue comments of time machines )

They only need filters if you want your water filtered otherwise just accept your own water

Is there a American hotukdeals

I bought this for £341 last bank holiday

Since it ends in 97 couldn't the price be haggled down further?

I have this same fridge freezer but with the water dispenser. I live in a hardwater area and as its pretty bad here i have always only used the cheap tesco own brand bottled water at 17p per bottle (i like to call it Peckham Spring) just to stop it clogging up. Its basically filtered tap water but if you work out the cost of filtering 2 litres yourself it will be around 20p plus the hassle of doing it so in theory cheaper.

I just buy about 20 bottles a month, stick them in the cupboard and fill it up when i need to. Quite handy that the amount it holds is pretty much nailed on 2 litres

I'm not far from Andover, and agree that the water is very hard around here; I'm having to descale the kettle every week!

However I wouldn't feel comfortable creating 20+ plastic bottles worth of landfill every month.

I drink about 2 litres of water a day, not including other drinks like peppermint tea etc.

I was using Brita filters until I got a fridge with a filter in, and I must say that having cool filtered water on tap (literally) is really nice.

Completely agree, its not ideal but its convenience. I also ensure that the bottles are recycled so its not going into landfill as such. I have to pass the recycling centre on the way to work so drop them in there. In theory they will just become another bottle and the cycle continues

Anyone know if they still have this? It's a bit of a drive for me but would be worth it if they do
Thanks
