If you love cooking, but need a little help, the Kenwood KM330 Chef is a great choice. With classic good looks, it's a versatile all-rounder that'll help you cut through the chores, helping you prepare soups, mixes, curries, pastes, mixes, doughs and more!
It features an 800W motor, and comes with the famous K-beater, a whisk for perfect fluffy egg whites, and a dough hook for kneading bread. It's got variable speed and coupled with the Chef's planetary action means that optimum results are guaranteed. The 4.6L capacity bowl means that even big cakes can be mixed in one batch.
Another major feature of the Kenwood Chef are the power outlets, which can take a wide variety of attachments (available separately) - liquidisers, mincers - there are more than 20 in all. And because it's a Kenwood, you know it's built to last.

Good effort. Decent mixer for price but not really a good deal since they sell these at other retailers for similar price. The major downside with this mixer is the bowl which is not hard like the old days and cheapened with flexible plastic. Also 800W is not powerful enough and you will see that when using the dough hook the top part will keep lifting up and down like the machine is about to break.

I might be wrong but I think the KitchenAid is only 300W so 800W must surely be enough.

I have the KM330 (paid £120 recently) and mainly use it for mixing and whisking. Maybe more water/less flour will stop the hook from moving up and down. For breadmaking, I use my Panasonic breadmaker.

Also bought the 3 x Glass blender attachment (AT338B £12.99) for milkshakes and smoothies.

care to tell us where from speculator?

both now long expired.

The KM330 came to £122 after quidco and I actually paid £15.98 for two glass blender attachments because ebay sent me a free £10 voucher. Then bought a third for £12.99.

I posted both deals at the time. See..
