I've just received email with "Unfortunately the order you recently placed with Debenhams has been cancelled due to your order details failing our internal security verifications." and guess what... yes, item is out of stock now! On the top of it they didn't even have guts to provide name with this email just Debenhams Customer Services (non mentioning calling me Customer and no reference number). Very poor performance for Debenhams
