Currys customer service is bad. I have previously bought a Kenwood range cooker from them which failed within a month. They never got to the bottom of the fault. An engineer would eventually turn up and reluctantly change a part and leave. Sometimes the engineer would just refuse to come out! So it constantly broke down leaving my family(which include young children) unable to cook. Even though the problem was never solved, after the 12 month warranty period they washed their hands of it. Appalling products( the engineer told us Kenwood was a in house brand now) and service.
Are you looking for a micro wave ?? You seem to be eyeing on micro wave deals
Haha, not one from this retailer. Just saw it was a post about Currys and took the opportunity to remind everybody how bad they are;)

I am yes! I decided on this one!
Only 20 litre. Wish it was bigger to fit microwave utensils and full size pizza for cooking. Already have 30 litre.

I really hate the Kenwood microwave we have (not this particular model), crap design, I'd really like to toss it in the bin or throw it against a wall and buy something better, but it is only 3 years old.

The knob makes setting the cooking time a pain ( I really miss having a simple numeric keypad), the quickest way to set it is to first turn it anti-clockwise to get 90 minutes, then turn it clockwise to set the time, accidentally turn it clockwise when you touch it and it goes into selecting its "auto" programs instead, and you have to hit cancel to clear it. Turn the knob too quickly to set the timer and it doesn't register.

It forgets the cook time if you don't start it straight away, so if you wan't to pre-set the cook time you have to start it and hit cancel since it never forgets the remaining time if you stop it before it is reaches zero which is also daft.

When I've tried the auto programs, I found the fillet of fish, or whatever I was cooking was significantly lighter than the lowest weight setting available.

If you set a cook time over 5 minutes it stops cooking 15 seconds before the end (presumably to cool the magnetron).

The light is pretty ineffective.

It seems to heat far less evenly than my old microwave, the defrost setting is too low a power level.

I knew they were currys own brand with Kenwood printed on them to boost the price they can charge for them, but we needed one in a hurry

One of the other kenwood microwaves I looked at in currys would need two hands to open the door as otherwise it slid when I pulled the handle, so it could have been even worse.

Sorry for the rant.
