Loved the honey butter they used to do but i cant find it anymore

Same at Tesco.

Just paid around £1.50 for this yesterday!! Stopping at Morrisons tomorrow

1.70 £ after staff discount

Thanks will get some end of the week.

There was a similar deal - rather they were just £1 in my local cost cutters last week went in today and was gutted that it had ended.

British butter only for me during the recession. Do my bit.

What size , 250g?

yes

great offer

Still marked at £1.60 each and no twofer @ Bristol, Cribbs Causeway today. At least I finally managed to bay some of those eight packs of Kit-Kat Chunky for £1 today.

Wish I lived near a Morrisons (or Tescos). Love this butter cos it's easier to spread than most butter, but regularly costs £1.60 at Sainsburys. Butter used to be quite cheap, now it's double the price.

But inflation is well below 5%, and has been nearer 2% for the last ten years. We must be imagining these price increases.

Doh! Clicked on like instead of reply. Oh well, a Xmas pressie.

Not sure inflation has only been 2% for the last 10 years. But anyway, I've noticed bigger than inflation rises on many goods and services by many retailers over recent years. The local chippy as put his prices up by 30% over the last 3 years.
