Haven't checked my wight in about 4 months, been on keto for 6 months, but started with a 12 day fast, I go by waste measurement now, was in tight 42" trousers in January an now in 36" with a tight belt , the belly is still there but that's the last to go I'm told, but the really good news is, apart from feeling healthy, is I can't hold a pencil with my tits anymore (and yes I'm dyslexic so sod off spelling police)

Keto is the way, carbs are killing us all.
When i open it on the web, it says "This title is not currently available for purchase", but i can order only paperback version for 7.90 and i see no e-book option. Should i look for it on my kindle device?

You may need to eat more fat, that's the fuel on keto, not protein.
Keto as in ketones, as in what your body burns off if it runs out of energy?
That's a thing and not a fad from years back?!

Going by podcast I listened to from a top MMA Trainer whom has access to many leading nutritionists, he highly recommends the Keto diet for those looking to lose weight but aren't physically active.

That's not to say Keto diet isn't suitable for those that exercise, he suggests to eat Carbs pre workout for fuel/energy and eat Carbs post workout to gain mass.

50g circa of Carbs is the daily maximum. Also bear in mind, by reducing your carb in take for the purposes of losing weight will also decrease muscle (if not exercising)

Hmm maybe cause I do alot of walking etc then? And my carb intake is around 150g a day most days
