Provided email address to few car people when I was actively looking for a car. Now get this offer email now and then, and if they are good, I have to share it here.
Cold. Costs £75 to fill the tank. An EV costs £2-3
You also forgot to add another 20k onto the price then, then u will need another 10k to 20k to replace battery in 10 years. So yeah a EV saves so much money...
I just hit 186,000 miles in my Kia Ceed SW 1.6Crdi on Friday. Cracking car that's oh so practical and comfortable.
That's a lot of car for the money given current prices.
Excellent price on an auto estate with that Kia warranty
What's the point of mhev if it's 10.7 seconds and 2 tons
EC Combined 58.90 mpg? Hybrid tech is to achieve higher fuel economy not performance though it is useful for acceleration from a stop start as there's smooth instant torque
Diesel thus the low price
Actually diesel cars tend to be more expensive
Probably wouldn't buy a diesel due to the way they are being targeted for congestion charge zones and the huge price difference over petrol (30p a litre in some places)
This wouldn't be charged in most congestion zones as it is Euro6 rated.
Make sure you service them on the dot and at a Kia garage if you want them to honour the warranty.
I run 3 diesels (not MHEV) as part of our company fleet and all 3 are off the road.
1 with an engine rebuild due to a tensioner failure which they will seem to honour a warranty on but can't seem to get the parts for 3 months. It seems there is a bit of an 'issue' with the diesel they, as dealers I talk to seem to have quite a lot with the same problem.
One of them was properly serviced as per Kia spec, using approved parts and oil and after a major failure, Kia would not honour the warranty despite use proving the correct part were used by a reputable garage. Went to the ombudsman and they inexplicably ruled in Kias favour.
The 3rd was 20 miles over service internal, was in for a service when a warranty issue was spotted. Kia garage won't honour the warranty as we are 20 miles over.
We wont be buying any more Kia's.
You dont have to service on Kia to maintain warranty
Great value, especially comparing it to that Tesla that has to be charged all the time
Don't petrol cars need to be refueled all the time?
Cold.....not an EV.
Nice car, if anyone would like to buy me one, am happy to accept
Good car for the price
Love sportage though
Kia removed all ceed, proceed & xceed automatics from their price lists and from sale in the middle of last year (with exception of PHEV). This appears to be an erroneous entry and don't think it's actually available for order: kia.com/uk/…ng/
says in stock and quick delivery , so could be a stash of these somewhere
I wonder what the percentage of private owners is for electric cars? Most large electric cars are probably company vehicles or leased by a company. Until they get the prices down there is absolutely no way electric vehicles are going to sell in any numbers by 2030!
Between 2% and 3% of cars sold in the UK are electric.
good price but car doesnt appear to be available when clicking the link
The fact it's highlighting start/stop is a worry, considering it's standard on pretty much any new car
'a worry'?
Petrol or diesel?
Diesel and 2022 model...
Car prices coming down?
Huge engine problems reported compared to the previous1.7 which was bulletproof.
Jeez. And I thought them crash test dummies had it rough in the 90s
I have this in petrol 2020 version. I love it. So much more practical than an SUV and it actually looks good in person.
Thought it was a car :/
You’ll be waiting a year for delivery
I would be tempted if this was a petrol or petrol hybrid (edited)
Eh?
Been waiting on a kia sportage since March. Now estimated June. That's after waiting nearly a year for a kuga that I gave up on after the 5th well maybe in 6 months maybe not reply. Can't give them my money. Don't know why they keep advertising new models when they can't fulfil orders off ages ago. Same with bmw ect.
It's sales reps what do you expect, they want their commission that's all they care for, customers are an inconvenience.
Nice car, but couldn't the site have got a pic of the actual car in question, and not a stock photo of a left hand drive model?
Looks like no
Never bought a car directly from the internet before, anyone got a car from them?
Good price. Probably the last chance to get a diesel CEED.You can no longer configure diesel engines on the website, and I have been told by 2 Kia dealers that Kia is stopping diesels and moving to petrol hybrid and full BEV from now on
