Im afraid their recent isdues with the giggle pram, which have been well documented on the news, watchdog etc will be the reason for cold votes.
seems to be a promotion on most websites as all the prices are around the same. Guess kiddisave is best as you get an additional 10% off. Not sure why the cold votes though?
Was £129 on Amazon a few weeks ago. Best price ever was on Boots about 6 months ago, £113. Great seat but not such a great price for it.
Oh and 5% quidco too
no offer now, coming up as £149
just ordered stroller version other day to try. was over 100. will be sending it back. sell car seat even better deal!
If it helps at all, and going against the slightly insulting view of TKD, we are expecting our first child in a few months so naturally have been researching pushchairs for the first time. We were shocked by the prices, absolutely stunned, but on reviewing further, the Cameleon does appear to offer 'better' value for money than others we've test drove around the stores. It is better suited to 'from birth' all the way through which for us is ideal, as we have no plans to keep changing like so many like to. We also see the benefit in the larger wheels and springs, as we live in the countryside with many country paths to walk. Also in the name, associated with quality, there is more likely a better return on purchase afterwards, as they hold reasonable value on ebay etc. No brand snob here, just looking for the most suitable option for our lives. We will continue to research as no rush for us yet, and would ideally like to see a return to the sub £600 price JL had at the start of December, but if not, we might opt for a similar deal to this one.
All I'm saying is why does it bother you so much that people are willing to spend this amount on this product. Its personal choice, and not really your place to criticise.
I didnt buy one to keep up with anyone . I simply read up one them and then spent a good amount of time trying out of all the ones we liked . Personally i would have been thrilled to find one that cost less that i was as happy with as im hardly well off ! Ever used a buggy and shook it and it feels like it is going to fall apart ? being rigidly taught helps that Im sorry my comments to try and help someone offends you Happy new year to you
How have you come to the conclusion I am bitter? The fact you are suggesting I am bitter suggests to me that you think I cannot afford such a pram, how have you worked that out? Whether you can afford it or not is immaterial to me, the cost does not represent the quality of the product.
That does sound awfully bitter! If you can afford it, whats the problem?
Sadly I tried, and John Lewis wont match this one.
By far one of the best pushchairs around and I've owned a few it's light yet sturdy easy to manoeuvre folds quickly and easily fits into even the smallest car boots and most importantly looks good as new even after 4 years use.
Absolutely adore my Bugaboo. I have the donkey and it's fantastic! So light and easy to steer and push, even uphill. I have only the one baby (for now!) but for me the Donkey was the perfect choice. In mono mode is the same width as a normal single pram except I have an additional side shopping basket and it also extends for another child either different ages (I.e. newborn and toddler) or Twins. And as every part can be replaced your not left with a chassis that is useless for baby number 2 or 3. The covers can be changed at will but are not cheap especially the special editions like the Andy Warhol prints but they are worth it because they are simply fab! yours thankfully, a very Happy New mummy pushing a bugaboo proudly.
I really want this but am Banned after I got my way with the stokke xplory :)
Good price, great pram, had mixed experiences with Kiddisave though. The things we ordered took several weeks to arrive with no updates on progress or delivery dates.
It's still £455.05 when I tried it a minute ago. I had to enter my email address to get the price email through though.
Very good timing as i am currently looking for a new buggy. However i think "Precious Little One" have taken their prices down to avoid price matching for anyone else :-(
kiddisave website http://www.kiddisave.co.uk/store/product/5039/Bugaboo-Bee-Plus-Stroller-Royal-Blue/ precious little one price match promise and 10 % off http://www.preciouslittleone.com/page/18/preciouslittleone-price-match/
Google there is a 5% off discount code floating
is there a code for free del outhere?
Has anyone had theirs dispatched yet?
This is one of the more heavier car seats on the market. I struggled with it when my son was in it and after a couple months could carry him in it. and he outgrew it just after 6months old as its so bulky and the head bit is narrow. Recommend buying a cover for it aswell as the fabric is a nightmare to clean. I hope everyone that bought the b smart has a massive boot with nothing else in it. Out of the whole travel system the only good thing i can think of is The carrycot has a nice memory foam mattress. Lol
Hot, don't forget quidco/tcb available on kiddisave.
Thanks! Great price.
Do you have anymore of these in stock please
Now out of stock ;)
You can get a base but can be used without too, fits directly in to car.x
found it for £39 elsewhere do I need to fit it onto something
Gutted needed one of these, looks like great price....Any similar others for good price people?
will this make my car sportier? "my cars got mclaren inside." ha
says out of stock now :(
Not at all, if you had said it was overpriced at any point before now then i would of said nothing, as for it actually being overpriced it is actually a fantastic price for this brand of buggy. Everyone is welcome to their opinion but judgements, when presenting them to others, should be based more on facts.
Right then. So by that logic, I should be voting this Hot even though I think it's a hideous, overpriced buggy? Hmmmm.
I mentioned i think it lovely, not in overly graphic detail and pointed out its attributes that go towards it being a good deal. Opinions are one thing but knocking a deal due to your own personal tastes is another.
i would buy this instead tho! http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3764374.htm
These prams are brilliant! i have one but mine is baby gogo which they no longer do exactly the same pram just different coloured/patterns mine was just plain red but was half the price. Very compact in boot and i would highly recommend. My daughter is 17months and getting a little big for it now, doesnt veer to one side or tip. Also can be used from birth which is good. x
code SAVE5 takes the price down 5% more
Best on the market but still pricey
Quite an ugly pattern... but a stonking deal if that's your thing.
Thanks! You beat me to it :)
thanks. read the post again and found it! Ordered in the petrol colour!
the 10% code is: SALE
Great deal –Hauck are fantastic, we have the Apollo travel system and its very sturdy but not too bulky
How did you get the 490? who did they price match against ?
Just out of interest, Kiddicare stock these and do a price match plus 25% offer. I bought one price matching pramcentre for £490.00 last week. I bought the Denny Red one. Kiddicare are owned by Morrisons and provide a 365 day no quibbles return gaurentee.
It seems they are out of stock now.
Hot- fantastic pushchair i bought one! also bought something from kiddisave before, no drama so was alk good! Uppababy pushchair is slso a which best buy and voted top 3 in netsmum. Heat added!
have to wait and see about the customer service, we're in no rush, not yet anyway! and they had a typo when they originaly promoted the offer so a lot of people couldn't get the voucher code to work! from what I saw on their facebook page they were replying to people's queries.
