Im afraid their recent isdues with the giggle pram, which have been well documented on the news, watchdog etc will be the reason for cold votes.

seems to be a promotion on most websites as all the prices are around the same. Guess kiddisave is best as you get an additional 10% off. Not sure why the cold votes though?

Hauck varioguard extended rear facing car seat £157.50 @ kiddisave£157.50
I've been looking for an extended rear facing seat for a while, and this is the cheapest I've seen it. Currently £175-200 everywhere else.

Was £129 on Amazon a few weeks ago. Best price ever was on Boots about 6 months ago, £113. Great seat but not such a great price for it.

Oh and 5% quidco too

If it helps at all, and going against the slightly insulting view of TKD, we are expecting our first child in a few months so naturally have been researching pushchairs for the first time. We were shocked by the prices, absolutely stunned, but on reviewing further, the Cameleon does appear to offer 'better' value for money than others we've test drove around the stores. It is better suited to 'from birth' all the way through which for us is ideal, as we have no plans to keep changing like so many like to. We also see the benefit in the larger wheels and springs, as we live in the countryside with many country paths to walk. Also in the name, associated with quality, there is more likely a better return on purchase afterwards, as they hold reasonable value on ebay etc. No brand snob here, just looking for the most suitable option for our lives. We will continue to research as no rush for us yet, and would ideally like to see a return to the sub £600 price JL had at the start of December, but if not, we might opt for a similar deal to this one.

All I'm saying is why does it bother you so much that people are willing to spend this amount on this product. Its personal choice, and not really your place to criticise.

I didnt buy one to keep up with anyone . I simply read up one them and then spent a good amount of time trying out of all the ones we liked . Personally i would have been thrilled to find one that cost less that i was as happy with as im hardly well off ! Ever used a buggy and shook it and it feels like it is going to fall apart ? being rigidly taught helps that Im sorry my comments to try and help someone offends you Happy new year to you

How have you come to the conclusion I am bitter? The fact you are suggesting I am bitter suggests to me that you think I cannot afford such a pram, how have you worked that out? Whether you can afford it or not is immaterial to me, the cost does not represent the quality of the product.

That does sound awfully bitter! If you can afford it, whats the problem?
