Big Hero 6 is fab - best kids film of the year, Night at the Museum is good, but thought Shaun the Sheep was a bit disappointing compared to the other Aardman stuff. Into the Woods was boring - looks nice but the songs are poor and samey and the last third of the film is pointless. My kids thought it was very dull and I think under 10's would be bored stiff as it's far too long for the story.

Off to see Penguins tomorrow.

thanks for the info, really helpful. am going to watch big hero 6!

My 7 yr old cried at BH6...!!!!

Probably good to highlight to people who don't know, but this is the standard price for kids am and some of these films have been on this offer since Easter.

I believe Vue wont let in single adults, I think Cineworld is the same to the cheap kids films when I queried both before I was outright told a single person(especially men) going to a kids film is supicious as why would a adult want to see a kids film!

If 13 people go can use Amex for £10 off...

Penguins is hilarious. The cheesy dibbles scene should have you in stitches

Don't forget that the same films are on at cineworld and odeon in their kids club if you don't have a Vue near you, cineworld is only £1.58 if booked online, Odeon well let's not mention that since they are soooo much more expensive.

If I take my 8 year old son, how much do I have to pay for myself? Thank you.

same price. cineworld it's like 1.58 pounds each if u create an account or 1.80 if not. bring your own snacks n drinks. cheap sunday morning out

I have five Odeon kids movie codes for tomorrow morning (10th May) shows. If interested, please email me.

Like others have said, check your local cinema site as many do these kids screenings now, Odeon is £2.50 at MetroCentre, been there last couple of weeks with little'ns to see Shaun the Sheep, Penguins and Tinkerbell using the Sun+ free tickets.

As Aurora said, Shaun the sheep is not great, personally like the charm of Wallace & Gromit etc and didn't mind Flushed Away either but this was very poor

£1.99 is expensive, it's £1.75 at vue cleveleys
