Not if you select the collect from store option.:)

Think you need to edit the title of the post as its a little misleading

Just put instore collect instead of delivered

Delivered to the store ;-)

Added "to store" to title...

Just ordered Touch And Sparkle - Kittens for my 2 yr old - 39p!!! Thanks for the link

I ordered the Harry one and have just had the email to say it's ready to collect

But have noticed that it's now no longer a hardback book but a paperback, even the link in this thread takes you to a paperback version. Don't know when they altered it but it was definitely down as a hardback when I ordered it. :x

Will let you know if it's worth the £1 when I've got it.

Same story here. The books were definately showing as hardbacks when I placed the order.

I ordered the Bratz Ice Champion Doll set as well and when I went to collect it it was not the Ice Champion Set, but the old Winter Wonderland dolls which included 1 l'il Bratz doll. They advertised it with an RRP of £39.99 when infact the RRP is £29.99 and this was clearly stickered on the box!!

I've emailed their CS twice but still haven't had a reply!:x

I for one won't be shopping with Woolies again.

Well, that does seem to be a breach of trading standards, in that the items you are receiving are not as described. But we don't take a screenshot of every single item we buy... I hope Customer Services give an adequate reply.

Just curious to see if everyone has received the same thing?

I have collected my "Harry" book and it's not so much of a book, more like several leaflets stapled together!
(Not even several, a few at most, think it's 6 pages!)

This is really rubbish, not even worth the pound it cost :-(

Will be emailing CS me thinks, see if they are any good or not?

I ordered both the books in the OP and had forgotten about them. Just checked my account and they are still at "processing" stage. Time for a quick email me thinks.

Oh and mine have turned into paperbacks as well.

when you go to collect them if you are not happy just ask for a refund, i did this on a tool set i ordered online for collection and they happily give you the money back on your card if unhappy
