OPEN TOP CHILDS RIDE ON CAR

Brand new and Officially Licensed Audi A3. Forget all other models, this electric ride on has great functions and great looks matching the Audi A3!
12 Volt
This 12 Volt model will leave other electric ride ons in a trail of dust. Two motors and two batteries ensures it has the power! The car also features a 3 speed switch, so if your child doesn't want to go top speed you're able to pick low, medium or high speeds.
Slow Start
Unlike many electric ride on cars that go from zero to full speed (some times causing the child to jolt backwards in their seat), this model features a slow start option. This ensures a slow gain speed.
Parental Remote
If your child is too young to control the car, this model comes with a parental remote, allowing you to control the car for them. The remote features a 3 speed switch, reverse and break.
LED Lighting
Audi A3 features front and back lights and impressive dashboard light display.

Suspension Springs
Unlike many rides on electric cars this Audi A3 model features Suspensions Springs. Located on all 4 wheels this outstanding addition to a ride on car will provide a smoother ride and comfort.
MP3 Player Input
Let your child play their favourite music through the car, simply plug in any device with a head phone socket (connector cable provided) and let the tunes play through the car's speakers.
Seat Cushion
This model screams luxury, with a padded seat giving your child and comfortable ride.

The car is made from quality moulded plastic that's built to last. Your child will enjoy hours of fun for a long time with this quality model. Available in BLACK, RED and WHITE.

£10 cheaper in Halfords and it's remote controlled

Halfords is selling a 6V version so half the power / batteries and motors. If we’re only comparing specs on paper this variation sounds much better than the Halfords version for an extra tenner
Read the small print regarding the battery on the item description.
Battery still needs charging every month even if car is not being used.
Suitable for concrete or grass only? It doesn't mention anything...
Plus, there are quite a few models in this price range from this and other sellers, what makes this better?

It does work on a freshly cut lawn but struggles slightly and I'd imagine you would have a tough time on longer grass. The battery is ment to be charged every month but I dont and it still works fine if it did ever totally die just use a trickle charger like a normal car battery, the seat cover is worth it to make it more comfy for the little one. The mp3 playback has to be done through a aux lead so it's abit of a pain.

Won't work. It's a lead acid battery, if it drops below 12.4V then it was start to sulphate which means it loses capacity and charges slower over time.

If it drops below 10.5V it's toast.

On a car you get away with it because to reverse sulphation you give it a big burst of power - NOT trickle charging. Obvously with this it only comes with a slow charger so if you keep dropping the voltage below 12.4V then the battery will be getting weaker and weaker much quicker than normal as lead acid batteries naturally self discharge over time.

I would pay good money to see someone call the AA because their Audi A3 wasn't starting.
Is it fair to subject kids to the stigma of being an Audi driver?
Thanks for posting, just ordered to replace the Halfords 6V TT which broke within a couple of days. this looks much better
