Why cold??

It's winter

I bet that's what the cold voters are thinking. They don't have the nous to buy now, while it is cheap, in preparation for Summer.

stock up for summer?! It will be nearly 10 times the price in a month or so.
heat added

This offer isnt online i dunno if it exists in london islington im gna check

Didn't look closely ,but quite a few suntan lotions in the reduced section on the back wall next to all the xmas stuff Glasgow Maryhill

Cold from me because this will be last summers stock so although it says F50 it will be more like F20 ! therefore not suitable for those who are young or are after a high protection. All advice no is to ditch old sun creams and buy new every year.

Not in Gateshead or Kingston Park Newcastle

Of course the manufacturers are going to say that! Depends on if people are daft enough to believe the advice

By the way, the lotion is good for around three years not one.

I'm not daft if that's what you are implying thank you !
I have read the link you have supplied and while this does say that sun creams are ok for 3 years who is to say how long these creams have been boxed in warehouses waiting to be sold post manufacture date. I know when I purchased creams last summer I did not see any use by dates on any of the bottles I brought (Piz Buin sensitive skin) I know this for a fact as I am always aware of use by dates it was my job!
I am a mother who values her children and the risks of skin cancers and sun burn! And for the sake of a Tenner I would rather be safe in the knowledge as a mother I have done the best I can to protect my children.

Great price, being a Tesco store, likely to be fairly new genuine stock , so don't really see a problem with this for next year
One advantage of the big stores such as Tesco is they do not usually buy short dated discontinued stock like many of the bargain/discount stores, Stock is normally sourced direct from manufacturer, and replenished and rotated all the time.
NHS web site says the cream will last 2-3 years anyway

Great to buy now in prep for the summer, ridiculous prices otherwise.
