I agree - please consider the road safety issues with these. They look great and I would suggest these are ideal for indoor parties, or maybe if paired with some glow sticks/bands and torches (or EL wire!). Kids, excitement, friends, sweets, and roaming the streets at night can end in disaster (especially when combined with some of the rush hour driving that occurs in residential areas). Take care.
