Ordered. Thanks
My local has order now for next Thursday.
There are cheaper ones out there, from £8 @ Wish or around £16 on eBay but they get delivered from China £22.98 is quite expensive for what it is but it could be an essential piece of kit for these days.
Who genuinely needs one of these ?
I am sure the s7 had one built in

My wife was rushed to hospital when one of these gave a low reading. She had been bedridden for a while with poor breathing. Unfortunately she did not return.
You don't need one if you have a Samsung S9 Mobile.

So sorry to hear that. I was inspired to post this deal as I read yesterday about a covid-19 survivor that went to hospital when his oximeter gave a low reading, he had a collapsed lung.

many thanks for the tip, I own one and never knew.
Useful device to have, especially if any of your family has COPD

Thanks for posting OP
Current guidance suggest that oxygen saturation is the biggest indicator of need for hospitalisation in covid19 infection. I would be wary of the accuracy of phone monitoring or those that are extraordinarily cheap, although these are still better than nothing.

You will more than likely have to do an update for the oxyblood function to work, but it's easy enough and an excellent little watch.

I got one for my elderly father a few years ago, and it came in handy just before Christmas, after he'd been waiting for a couple of weeks to be admitted to hospital for treatment for a collapsed lung. He got up one morning and his O2 was down to 84, and a paramedic was dispatched right away, and put him on oxygen and had him admitted to hospital.

The one I bought was under £8, off gearbest I think.
