Yeah, not 4 pints.
And the bottles are so thin that I wouldn't recommend freezing them.
Personally I am championing pay more for milk and keep our dairy farmers in a job, so I have voted cold for this.
Baked by Hovis from Farmfoods was far better, softer, fresher than Kingsmill.
Great price. The less I pay for milk the happier I am.
Poor old McDonald. had a farm......... not for much longer by looks of it!!!!!
Suppose that make of bread is ok if you like pure tasteless STODGE.
Far better pay the little bit extra and buy a real tasty loaf of bread made by WARBURTONS.

Haha, you are joking, right? Warburtons is just as spongy and tasteless as the test of supermarket sliced "breads".
wasn't milk 2 for £1.50 in farmfoods? bread is cheap though

Yep and has been for a while.
89 pence will buy 4 pints of milk (2.272 litres) in Morrisons, Lidl, and Iceland.
so the price is going up? there 2 for £1.50 St the moment
the milk will be 69p in the farmfoods stores in Scotland.the English and welsh stores will be 89p or 2 for £1.50
Got to think of the poor Farmers.
79p in Asda (NI)
two kingsmill 800g for a quid in my local in Ilford
All of these brands are pure stooge plant breads, BUT i really rate the Happy Bread range that is sold in smaller shops. It is light and fresh and tastes great:

I sympathise with the farmers, but when you are struggling on JSA, cheap milk and bread is a good thing.
That loaf Elvis reincarnated?
