From the msi manual:

Maximum 2GB" so yes assusming you have 1gb installed.

It has 1GB soldered to the mobo, so should i had 2gb and disable on board memory or just use in conjunction?

why disable onboard, soldered 1gb plus 1gb kingston =2gb shouldnt be a problem.

will this work on HP pavilion 710 pc..its awful spec lmao..1.3ghz,intel celeron..40gb HD...256mb RAM..

lol forget about max memory size you got a desktop pc this is sodimm laptop ram you cant put laptop memory into a desktop pc. I edited the title to make this clear its for laptops.

long shot here but would anyone know if this would fit into a dell inspirion 9400? its just my current one somehow melted (dont ask) but not sure if thiswill do as a replacment, i know t takes ddr2 but thats about all

Just had a look and it seems to have gone up in price to £20.38 overnight. Shame, my daughters machine could have done with this.
