I'd be very surprised if it could manage just 3.5% of that speed.

Dont buy one of these, they are really crap quality and the plastic breaks. 4 months after I bought my one the plastic broke from the back of the connector end and so it shorted when inserted and I did an RMA online and sent mine back to kingston. They declined to fix it and just sent it back to me again.

Crap product and crap service.

480Mbits/s works out at about 60 Megabytes per Second

had mine for about 7-8 months worked great for its lift time but left it in the college pc, went back and it was never seen again.
but i have always thought it does feel cheapish and have worried about it breaking. but i made it long enough for me so im happy to get another one
