Not a bad price if you need the adaptors, otherwise you can get 8gb Micro SDHC cards cheaper such as a PNY 8GB one from Play for ] £10.49

The adapters are why I posted it, as they will be convenient for some people. £3 quid more for the adapters for those people is worth it imho.:)

hot from me:thumbsup:

Cold from me now I have looked, if you can buy the adaptors for £3, and can get a higher class card for £10.49, then whats the point of buying this Class 2 card for an inflated price?

The PNY cards are probably Class 2 as well (at least, that was how my 16GB PNY was silkscreened). The 16GB PNY I got was actually a Toshiba ]SD-C16G, which they also specify as Class 2, but with a *maximum* write speed of 6MB/s. I benchmarked mine at 10MB/s read, 6MB/s write, which is in line with Toshiba's specs.

Note, however, that SD speed classes guarantee *minimum* rather than maximum write speeds. That 6MB/s (or 8MB/s for the 8GB card quoted in one of the Play.com reviews) might well drop to 2MB/s as the card fills up.

A Class 4 8GB microSDHC card will set you back at least £12.27 and a Class 6 at least £11.63 (from Amazon Marketplace, which might not be the best place in the world to pick up official goods).
