anyone see what the write speed of this is? and is it any good compared to all the other under £20 8gb pens about? seems good so far jus need to find write speed

All Kingston DataTravelers are slooooow. Samsung-based drives are faster.

i'm getting to the point where i'm just going to wait for 16gb to become the norm as there are so many of these under 20ukp 8gb's and very little speed info that's reliable (seems freecom is the fastest, then maybe pny).

i've got a 1gb one of these kingstons and that cap really snaps on tight, its very slim too.

I have had three kingstons so far, i currently have the 4gb version and its ideal for my xvid videos through my hd tv.
