Has anyone ever worn out an SD card?
2 year warranty does not seem very much for a memory card

Has anyone ever worn out an SD card?

I've used a standard SD in a dash cam for years and never had a problem, never reformated it and never had any corrupted data.
Ideal for the Tesla sentry cameras - notorious for killing memory cards and usb sticks....
I press on Minus, temperature goes UP. Wtf!?

Same here - I'm on year 6 & both my A118 wedgecam & 32G sandisk card still work faultlessly
It writes over itself around once a week, so has had roughly 300 writeovers since new - that's nothing for a standard card

I've filled a standard 32gb SD card well over 2000 times with no problems BUT I had a Sandisk 64gb micro fail in a cam after 250 rewrights so it can happen but not very often.
