Kingston's KHX8500D2K2/4G is a kit of two 256M x 64-bit 2GB (2048MB) DDR2-1066 CL5 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory modules, based on sixteen 128M x 8-bit DDR2 FBGA components per module. Total kit capacity is 4GB (4096MB). Each module pair has been tested to run at DDR2- 1066MHz at a latency timing of 5-5-5-15 at 2.2V. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency 800Mhz timing of 5-5-5-18 at 1.8V. Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V.

Exclusive Premium Priority Lifetime Warranty.

The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:

- Power supply : Vdd: 1.8V ± 0.1V, Vddq: 1.8V ± 0.1V
- Double-data-rate architecture; two data transfers per clock cycle
- Bidirectional data strobe(DQS)
- Differential clock inputs(CK and CK)
- DLL aligns DQ and DQS transition with CK transition
- Programmable Read latency 5 (clock)
- Burst Length: 4, 8 (Interleave/nibble sequential)
- Programmable Burst type (sequential & interleave)
- Timing Reference: 5-5-5-18 at +1.8V / 5-5-5-15 at +2.2V
- Edge aligned data output, center aligned data input
- Auto & Self refresh, 7.8us refresh interval (8K/64ms refresh)
- Serial presence detect with EEPROM
- High Performance Heat Spreader
- PCB : Height 1.180” (30.00mm), double sided component

good price - heat added

could i use these with the Corsair Dominator i currently have?

i currently have 2x2GB sticks
5-5-5-15 Timings
Running at 2.1v

Really good price, especially for users of AM2+ boards who are upgrading their processors to AM3, having the backward compatibility at the cost of losing DDR3 support, this increase in speed is just the ticket.

I've got 2 kits arriving on Monday, free delivery for forum members (needs about 250 posts I think?).

Great price, and just what I was looking for - thanks, i'm getting some!

P3t3l33t beat you to it by a few days...…85/

Here's a small tip when submitting a deal: After choosing the company the deal is for, it then shows you the 5 most recently submitted ones for that company. So when you were submitting this deal you would have seen the following, minus your deal at the top...

...and P3t3leet's is at the bottom :santa: :gift:

Not sure how I managed to miss that, I also searched the main site for Kingston and it didn't find anything similar recently,

All the same it seems the above have found it helpful.

ordered & rep added to both Minsta Dave & P3t3l33t for finding this great deal

now if all goes well - i will have 8GB of 1066MHz RAM in my PC
massive overkill i know, but i cant say no at this price - & it will pobably help with Vista/7
