Just wondering if this will work in PACKARD BELL iMedia I4523
CPU-Z shows PC-10700 memory which for some reason is running at 667MHz when I would expect to see 1333Mhz. Any suggestions? Many thanks!

download and run the crucial memory scanner it will tell you what you need then compare what it recommends to whats on offer here if they match up speed and ddr type then your good to go

That model does come with 1333Mhz RAM, however timing issues aside it ships with 1x2Gb and 1x1Gb stick for a total of 3Gb, running in (I guess) single channel mode. From the look of the case it's probably a micro-ATX motherboard so there may be no RAM slots free. best to pop it open and have a look.

I suppose you could try to swap out the 1Gb stick for a 2Gb and try to run it dual channel mode, but it's just asking for trouble with RAM that isn't identical.

Not bad....but i bet you can't put a fruit pastell in your mouth without chewing it?

Heat added!

I bought a 4GB stick from crucial, and just bought one of these to get rid of the 1GB stick left in there so I'll have 8GB, seems to be the same spec as the crucial one. And yeah there's 4 slots.

its showing as £14.99 now
