Just to put into context. It took about 1 hour to transfer around 15gb of data to one of these.
Bit cheaper for an alternative colour:

Silver doesn't give you that bling look (_;)
Nice
Got one of these (32gb) really recommended, very strong, very handy on a key ring
Best design -but wish they'd make a USB3 version .....
£5.50 for the 8gb on eBay, so this seems a good price for twice the capacity!
Guaranteed — peace of mind with 5-year warranty and free technical support = hey WTH we're sorry you lost all your data, here have another drive on us, no matter how many times your drive conks out and you lose data we'll keeep replacing it for another over the course of 5 years.

I think it's about time manufacturers started backing their warranties up with free data recovery as part of the bundle.
highly recommended, it's on my keyring - very useful to backup anything, especially photos.
I have the 16 GB in silver best USB stick I've had
Gold is for chavs - I want the diamond encrusted version

Nah, USB drives tend to be limited by the speed of the actual read/write on the memory, not the communication bandwidth.
A SATA3 internal hard drive never uses the full speed of the bus, the poor thing couldn't ever spin fast enough. Same here.
Yeah, I know the limitations of memory, but who said anything as about using NAND? I just want a USB3 capable pen drive with this design ie the metal case and form factor.

Look, I don't think your getting it. Nand IS the memory on a usb stick so you will be using it won't you. This is a perfectly good stick that's just not very quick. That's all.
One of the guys at work has one of these and I wanted one immediately - but then I forgot about it! Hot.
Brought two in silver thanks much more better protection against vampires than gold (slightly cheaper too)
