Suspect sold all units to one of their corporate clients...
Won't use them again and placing a bad review on Trustpilot with a calm explanation as to why. Hopefully others won't be duped in future.

The quoted speeds make it look like it'd be losing only very minimal performance.

My order is still under "pending transactions" with my bank. I have had this before when a cancelled payment takes a week or so to be removed.
Will see how to report a company on here to hope no one else falls foul.
