I think Ryanair have changed their free bag size to 4cm x 2cm x 2cm. Can you fit a week's clothes in a smarties tube?
Now all I have to do is get my week's worth of luggage in there...

They have had to do this due to people thinking they can take 2 weeks worth of luggage and put it in the cabin, if you are going for a few days, hand luggage is fine, however if you are taking a family of 4 on a 2 week holiday then the overhead storage is not going to work lol
I flew with Ryan air to and from Venice last week. They were charging customers with bags which were too big. The website listing for this bag says:
"DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT.Bag when folded: 25 x 22 x 9 cm
Bag when unfolded: 42 x 23 x 20 cm
250 g"
This bag is too big by 2 cm's. Sounds like not much, but Ryanairs business model is based on this....

Why you would not fit week’s worth of luggage in there? Unless you wanna travel back with huge souvenirs or traveling with winter sports clothes or something I understand one can’t put much stuff in if traveling with DSLR camera with gimbal + drone 😄 But for typical traveler that size is fine.

The new bag allowance is actually fine, there's plenty of space for a few days. A mid sized rucksack is just the same, I just use this, to hell with fannying around with a designed bag.

LMAO
Good price, shame I'm nowhere near one to collect.
I have this bag, can get loads in it. Its great for the price.
The picture on their webpage makes the bag look massive. I doubt Ryanair luggage police would let you through with that.
Ryanair friendly ? Now that is the add-on supplement we would all pay £5for!
I got this bag last time it was on offer. Great bag for the money! Folds into itself so handy to pack and store if needed. Good for taking on holiday as a beach bag. Heat
Good deal, would have bought but the delivery charge kills it for me.
Thought Decathlon did free Collect+, not now but I'm sure they did at some time.

Website has crashed..
Ryanair and friendly in the same sentence? Wow
Was this originally £5.99 (as shown in original post)? It's not showing as on sale on the site.
they must've found the smallest small child to model this....

Yep you are correct. A mid size rucksack is the same size and easier to carry for some people.

The type most commuters have
I've a few Ruck sacks over the dimensions but obviously would squash into size if needs be...would this be ok as flying with Ryabair later this year? Also what's the rules regarding bum bags? Dare say I could conceal one and be able to carry some clothes in that without them knowing...
Nothing is "Ryanair friendly".

"Ryanair tolerable" possibly!
Not often you see the words ryan air and friendly in the same sentence.

Nice bag but give Ryan air a miss if you have any sense at all!

I have done nearly 4 weeks in Asia with a 52x40x30 bag 1 each for me, wife and a child. Washing clothes in Airbnbs we stayed or a local launderette for a pittance. It is doable, I can assure you, but I do understand its not everyones cup of tea. Funnily enough its not my cup of tea pulling along 3x large 23kgs just for the sake of being able to take that capacity on board.

I'd rather put up with 2 hours of little legroom to get to my destination for £40 than spend £200 just for an extra 2 inches legroom.. but thanks for showing us your version of "sense"
These are tiny, my Manager takes the mick out of mine when I take it to work with my gym clothes.
amazon.co.uk/Cit…c=1
We have used this .no issues at all.
There's promotion available for £2 off for buyin 2 or more.
So potentially £9.99 for 2 delivered.
Got one of these. It comes the size of a boot bag, the bag is inside out and zipped into the end pocket. Once you unzip it and fold it out its fine, only issue I've had is there is no card/plastic base to the bag so it doesn't hold its shape very well, I kept the base insert from a old reebok bag and stuck this inside.

Me and my partner like to enjoy our holidays, we spend enough time at home cooking, cleaning and washing. neither of us would be happy to spend half the holiday washing clothes just to save £50, like you say we are all differant lol
This would have been really handy as flying with Ryanair soon but currently item is not available online and my nearest store is 100+ miles away

I’d rather know my plane was going to leave the airport and arrive at the planned destination. Each to their own tho!
