One for the Jerky lovers.

This isn't a deal as per say but let me explain...

Jerky and Biltong is expensive, the sizes of the pieces and the portions overall are very small. A usual bag is between 30g-40g, costs around the £3 mark and typically contains a small handful of pieces no bigger than your little finger.

Costco sell a 300g bag of extra thick cut meat strips for £10.99, the strips are absolutely huge cuts of sirloin, no scraggle in the bag and most of all are nothing short of delectable.

This works out to around £1.10 for 30g at normal price, you can order online and free standard shipping is included in the price. If you're a regular Jerky eater like myself the annual membership price is justified by the Jerky alone.

They also sell the Kings Beef Biltong in 300g bags for around the same price.
Online I can only see x 2 300g bags for £19.99 but they definately sell the single bags in store.

Happy munching everyone!

EDIT: My dear partner has just informed me they are actually only £7.99 instore.

Niiiice!

I absolutely love jerky and biltong. My belly rumbled just reading the description (legit!).

Picking a bag of these up, cheers for sharing
I'm not sure snacks should be meat.

Blasphemy!
Bought a bag in store earlier. £7.99 with no VAT. Absolutely lovely, huge pieces. Ate half the bag on my way home....
is this cheaper if you are a member and buy in store?

What sort of product are Vat exempt? I am thinking of joining as a trade member from my start up company.

And beef Jerky....
I second the taste, way better than any jerky/biltong I’ve tried.. as said 8.99 when on offer in store the bags don’t last long it’s that good!

Would be a good deal if there was a Costco nearby, if I was a member, or if I qualified as a member!

I never understood why the VAT man classes children's clothes as essential but adult clothes are not. I'm sure the police wouldn't be happy if I walked around naked.

Also bottled water has VAT on it but tea, coffee and milkshakes don't. Illogical.
