Soo expensive for a food mixer

Not at all, this is a good price for THIS brand of mixer - Kitchenaid consistently top polls among home cooks and professionals!

edit: Your last posted deal was for a set of £160 earpods and I'm almost choking on the irony lol

Not a good price for the 4.3l version. This is the usual deal price for the 4.8l. Should be looking for closer to 220.

Where can you get this for £220?

Robert Dyas were doing them for £250 and that was a great price before stock vanished completely.

£150-160 is pretty median for true wireless, WIRELESS CHARGING earphones. Only if you shoot for soundpeat or Anker etc are they significantly cheaper. Sony, Bose etc are similar or more, and probably lack some features.

Pretty sure you can get little known brands like Kenwood or Bosch in the food mixer realm for far less.

Tbf, it depends if you see marked separation in the performance, to justify the markedly different prices. Kettles, toasters and food mixers either work for me, or they don’t. With earphones it’s not zero sum like boiled water vs unboiled water, or mixed food vs unmixed.

It indeed looks like you don't need such a mixer.

Similarly, if all you want from a kettle is to boil water don't pay more for one where you can set the temperature, etc.

Still you could accept that some people have more advanced requirements.
I am a fan of this deal, and cmoi
Looks like this brand commands a price for its name like many other things on the market. My Kenwood chef is equally good and I paid £150 when on deal. It is the best investment I ever made for a small kitchen appliance.

Except Kenwood is not nearly as good as KitchenAid. In this case, you get what you pay for I'm afraid.

Okay I give up. Hope the cakes made with kitchenaid taste better than the ones made with other appliances.
