Good price for the 125 model in matte grey. AO provide excellent customer service in my experience and you may be able to pay interest free over 6 months.

Seems like several other retailers have also dropped the price of the 125 to £299 e.g. Harts of Stur, PRC direct, Very.

As for the mixer, I think we all know what it is, but here's the official blurb...

Prepare homemade pizzas and fluffy cakes with this KitchenAid food mixer. Its 300 Watt power output means you’ll never be waiting long for kneaded dough, and because it comes equipped with 4 accessories, you’ll always have the tool for the job. These include a mixing bowl, a wire whisk, a dough hook and a flat beater. Plus, thanks to the Planetary Mixing Action, which rotates to make sure everything is thoroughly blended, you can say goodbye to lumpy and uneven sponges. The variable speeds give you more control over your creation too, so whether you need a gentle folding action or an intense blitz, you’ll always be able to find the best setting. You can pop the removable components straight into the dishwasher when you’re done as well, for easy cleaning.

We've got the 175 in ice blue, it's fantastic! You have to get 175 or 185 if you want a snazzy colour, which my wife did. These models come with extras over the 125 too. We bought ours from KitchenAid's eBay outlet when there was a 20% off code.

We paid £322.99 - it was a 15% off code actually, not 20%. The outlet sells the 175s for £379.99 usually. If you shop around you can get certain colour 175s just under £400 new, and if you don't mind basic colour 175s then you can get these cheaper still.
