Various colours have 10% off their normal selling price on Debenhams website so down from £429 to £386.10 but the 10% code also works taking it down to £347.49 delivered

I've ordered the crystal blue!

Yes these are pricey but cheapest I'd found before the Debenhams event was £389 delivered.

TCB 5.05% as well so potentially just over £15 possible on top.

Some websites have them on for up to £450 full whack for this model!

I bought my missus one for her birthday last time they were reduced, got cashback through one of the usual sites too.
Tonight she made toad in the hole for dinner, the batter was delicious! Then meringues which could have come straight from Raymond Blancs kitchen, and whipped up some cream to go with it. A sound investment I think, and will last a lifetime!

Good spot, these things are rarely on sale and make a great gift for any baking fanatic!

Thanks! Been after one for a while and at this price I couldn't resist!

Things that a hand or hand electric whisk can do easily. Great for mixing a number of ingredients over a period of time or when needing consistant mixing but £350 for making meringues oO

You make Meringues with a hand whisk? You must have forearms like Popeye!!

I mainly use my stand mixer for kneading sourdough but it's great for doing Pavlovas etc. The last time friends tried to make one with a hand mixer it was literally smoking by the time they were done.

Until you've tasted the difference, you look really silly comparing to a hand held whisk! I use mine daily.

Sort of true, but equally you can get Kenwood chef mixers for a lot less than this, and the result will be the same.

If you like paying a hefty premium for the looks, then i guess its a good deal.

What? Lol insert?
Silly phone.
I am jealous of anyone who can afford one of these, they really do make baking a whole lot easier!!

Not saying that these can't be produced using other methods, I just know that if my wife had to do it by hand or using a cheap generic food processor, I think I would get treated to these things much less frequently!

I think the fact it is fairly pricey and looks so nice, you are much more inclined to use it - so it doesn't just end up in the back of a cupboard collecting dust. They are also pretty good at what they do by all accounts.

I was a chef for 8 years, I think the only person who looks silly is you when suggesting you can taste the difference!!

I'm far from silly. I still stand by my original statement. Thankyou

Kenwood Chefs are cheaper and do just the same job. My one's been going since the 70's and still going strong.

John Lewis now price matching with 5 yr warranty

Yes but not with extra 10%, seems to be £386.10. The ones from Debenhams also have 5 years manufacturer warranty- they all do as standard with KitchenAid

The debenhams 10% code doesn't work with this? Did this discount actually work for anyone?
I've tried every single code and none of them work for the mixer but it works for clothes, etc.
