Cheapest classic kitchenaid I came across. Only available in white though. Also with code for IWOOT that I googled, I got an extra 20% off, making it just over £202

I hadn't seen these for any cheaper than £300 previously.

Code is IW2060JUNE

What is the code?

New KitchenAid models are supposedly not of the same quality of the old ones. I considered this model but was put off by the many complaints across the net about leaking grease and breaking gears.

Worth doing some research before buying if you're considering this and not just going for it because of the admittedly good price.

Just had a quick look and code is IW2060JUNE

OP have added to the post

Great deal if you are looking for one however as ubelwit has already said,do your research.

I desperately wanted one of these for ages and very nearly bought one last month, after doing a lot of research and comparing I ended up buying the Kenwood K mix. Very happy with it and glad I chose over the kitchenaid-something I never thought I would say

Absolute Bargain, This should get scorching. Would snap this up if I needed one. Although not quite as good as the KMIX at £80 that I found a while back! :P

Awesome machines, I was very reluctant to buy one of these but once I did I wished I hadnt waited so long.

I really wanted one f these. But fam insisted in a bigger bowl size(6.7l) so went with a discontinued model(I think) from co op KMM710 (£172) as it was the right price.

High end K-Mix are better, metal gear housings etc but if you want one of these then this is a very hot price.

Overrated, not big enough bowl and not precision made but generally a good machine. I don't think I would pay so much for this mixer especially since there are plenty other cheaper and similar options and in the colour I like.

Whether you like them or not (I have a kenwood!) - this is a fantastic deal for a kitchenaid, major heat added OP. It's very rare to find a discount code that can be used against one of these. Would be all over this if I didn't already have a mixer! xxx

cheers ordered. nearly picked one up yesterday as full price and in this colour

I got this model when they were £125 on a black Friday deal. Superb machine and although I ain't done the research I'm sure these are better then Kenwood ones.

OOS, damn you night shifts for making me sleep!

Sold Out :-(

Someone I know has just bought a similar one (obviously better spec/ make) for £500. And overjoyed about it.
I don't get it? Why are they worth so much money? Isn't it just a mixing bowl, you can do by hand / handheld whisk? x

Good price for the model although its worth nothing that the Kitchenaid Classic is not the same as the more popular Kitchenaid Artisan which is Kitchenaids 'main' model. I believe the classic is slightly less powerful and has a smaller bowl. Don't get me wrong this is a great deal for this model but just wanted to make sure people were aware of the difference.

If you are making a lot of cakes/baking then a stand mixer is very worthwhile.
A lot of icings require mixing for at least 5 minutes to get them perfect, try doing that by hand-even with a electric whisk its hard work.

I used an electric hand whisk for years and cakes/icing always great but now after using a stand mixer they are even better, I wouldn't go back now.

The kmix I have is also great for bread it was absolutely well worth the money.
