BTW, it was meant to say another £50 off but I missed 'off'....can't seem to edit it..and not sure how to add a photo....sorry (newbie!) ;-)

an amazing price, 50% off if you use the voucher. usually £300 plus.

I managed to get one of these from John Lewis a few years ago for £150 - never seen them that cheap again. Good price and a quality product.

this is an excellent price, but note that it's a more basic model than the others which are still over £300 - it isn't just that the others are available in different colours; they also have a more powerful motor and some features are different (e.g. this classic model has a basic matt basin whereas the others have a larger shiny basin with a handle...)

I don't think the others are worth the extra and this is an excellent price - but it's worth comparing the features to know what you're getting with this model.

Currys are doing a Kenwood model normally £350 for £199 at the moment with a 4.5 litre bowl. Any experts know which would be better?

Here's a Kenwood one for £119, it's supposed to be a good one.

I just ordered a Kenwood mixer from Amazon for £119 before seeing this one (can add something else to make it £150 to receive the current £50 off promotion). It is tradtional looking not unlike the kitchenAid. I received it yesterday and it is lovely...makes great mashed potato! It is available in cream or red ]http//ww…-11

fantastic deal - with the current US exchange rate you can pick up the accessories from the states at a bargain price. I don't know if there are any sites that would deliver to the UK but would be useful if you are planning a trip anytime soon.

Amazon have increased the price by £50 to £249.99 to eliminate the benefit of the coupon....

Booo!

Go for the Kenwood, without question. This KitchenAid is VERY basic and there are several reports of the motor burning out after 2 years. Kenwoods are fabulous and the accessories a great price as they are UK-based.

PM me the model of the Kenwood in Curry's and I'll tell you about it, if you like.

This is now back to £199 at Amazon and be quick to use the £50 off code.
