A. The speaker gets a rating of 4.4 out of 5 on Amazon (over 1200 ratings).

B. Cancer research is a business like all charities, but 80p in every £1 donated goes to beating cancer. They spend 64% of income (different to donations) on cancer research.

So we have your 1 review vs over 1,000 and some vague comment about doing more research. So please do share. What is it that Cancer Research do if it isn't research into cancer??

Thanks for the constructive review.....I had the £12 Tesco version last week and it was rubbish. A great help.
Why is it folk will spend 5 minutes ranting over a comment, but not look for themselves ?
You can burn your money in whatever way you like... just trying to inform folk of scams - do you own research.

What else can I say ? poor build quality, terrible sound quality... zero bass, sent it back for a Soundbot 571, which is in another league. Not quite Bose, but a quarter of the price.
Cancer Research UK is a massive SCAM.

in what sense?

in just about every sence. Pardon the pun but Do some 'research' and you'll find out. I've had a personal experience with CRUK and discovered first hand how corrupt and devious they are. I wont go into great detail about it on here because it will cause arguments. There are a lot of kind hearted people with great intentions doing all kinds of things to raise funds for this compny and I salute them for their efforts but sadly they are being decieved.

In the imaginary sense.
I have this speaker, and it works well but the sound quality is not very good, depends what you are expecting, ok for back ground noise but not to sit and listen to, no bass or depth of sound, a bit like a cheap radio.

You tell me a better speaker than this in this price range?
