It's not a go-pro, but should fit most standard go-pro mounts etc.

I got one off Amazon for about this price before Christmas (without the stick thing). Really impressed with the quality for the price! Not used it underwater yet but it works really well on my bike and comes with lots of bits to help you attach it to all sorts of things in all sorts of ways. Heat from me.

Motorbike or cycling bike?

I noticed Asda have something very similar for £29. I'm still waiting for my SJ7000 WiFi action cam from gearbest EU warehouse... it better not be on a slow boat from China!!!

I bought one from Asda a while back for circa £30 (no selfie stick though) - great wee camera - only annoyance is it seems to default to video over stills. So constantly opening the case to change the mode. But for the money I can put up with the hassle...

£17.50 with club card boost - bargain!

Have used underwater and it works well. The only annoying thing is you can't change from video to stills without taking camera out of case, so that can be a pain if you are snorkelling.

This seems like a pretty decent price, heat added. Worth buying even if only for a holiday as you can capture all the moments in the water that you'd normally miss with other devices. I've not used this camera but I do have a GoPro and couldn't recommend it enough, so if this is more within your budget (especially with clubcard boost) then I'd go for it. It will have its limitations over more expensive cameras, big ones being the FPS, max 32gb card and built in battery. Higher FPS allows you to slow down your footage which can be great in editing but won't bother everyone. I'd have a few cards with me if 32gb as the max and carry some USB power banks to charge battery on the go. The extra accessories are a bonus here, don't get that much with a GoPro. Happy shooting!

The Xiaomi Yi Action Camera is well worth the extra 20 quid if you can do without the image stabilisation, it's a go pro competitor

I got one of these cameras on Ebay - looks very similar and much cheaper...UK based seller too (there seem to be a lot on Ebay selling in UK but shipping from the Far East). Worth a punt for less than half the price?

Personally I'd see if you can shoot the video and extract a still image from that using editing software. The photos are ok in these types of cameras but unless you're on a tripod you're not going to get the best results especially in low light. On the GoPro you can change the default in the setting to photos but you'd still have the problem if you wanted to change in the water if there's no way to operate buttons on the case. I'm sure the floating handle/stick would be more than £35 on its own from GoPro so total bargain if the video quality is good.

On amazon for less (£28.27) Here, Send it through flubit to get it even cheaper. No selfie stick or clubcard boost though.

I was less impressed with the camera quality when I got it. In any light other than bright sunshine outside, the sensor struggles to pick up any sharpness and it's all a bit grainy. I attached it to my bicycle for a bit and the motion blur even at 720p 60fps was barely usable; at night it was just streetlight and headlights visible.

As a video camera on a tripod though, it's much better. I've used it to film things I've built and that works well. Plus it comes with all the bits to mount it to practically anything. Battery is okay (about 70-80 minutes), microphone is okay, it is definitely waterproof. You get what you pay for on this.

It has a standard camera mount, so any camera mount suction cup should work. Loads on ebay etc.

Ah I see. Well the app only supports iPhone’s 6 and upwards right? Kind of a bummer as I have the previous models.

Not a great camera, £17.50 if you've got nothing better to spend your clubcard discount on is probably about what it is worth.

It's sort of ok in bright sunlight, although you will notice some wobbling in the image height in this clip (possibly due to the vibration from the engine and its very slow sensor as it stops when the boat is unhooked)

In low light it is pretty awful youtu.be/Udm…yEE

And any darker than that then forget it.

I'm not having that Seems to me someone at tesco has went fishing with the £35 to gain some publicity on here then banged the price up quickly.

Nothing unusual about a shop putting a price up if an item is popular, or they run low on stock.

This wasn't really worth the £35 offer price. We paid that and nearly sent it back, it's an action camera that struggles to cope with movement, and old tech with bulky files too. If I'd bought one at £70, I'd definitely want to return it.

You can get them from vodafone store on ebay from £32 ebay.co.uk/itm…552?hash=item28085f5e00:g:cl8AAOSwQgpXApCG
