For anybody thinking of buying this. if you use the handle your child will be hanging upside down. Just be wary. other than that it's good.

Lol...its not handle though..its the foot rest

Can you not get kiddie stabilisers anymore?

These are a waste of money. Buy a normal bike , put the seat down as far as it will go and remove the pedals. My son was off stabilisers within a couple of days.

My daughter was 18 months and after 9 months she still has a balance bike. getting the concept of pedalling for balance at 2 is pretty good going.

I think what you may have been meaning to say was that under your circumstances a balance bike wouldn't be the ideal route to go, but for a lot of other maybe younger or less advance children they are fantastic products.

Hi Hope you will help. What is the difference between buying a kids bike with stabilisers and taking them out on it ,you then get down and show them when they peddle the bike moves. After couple of months you then shorten one of the stabilisers.Usually a couple of days later you remove both stabilisers.Hey Presto your child's riding a bike, and brilliant you've only bought one bike that's lasted nearly 2 years.
I take it if you buy a balance bike that's say £24.99 you then have to buy another bike that your child can actually peddle. My son is 22 years old and at 30 months was riding a bike without stabilisers. He definately wasn't advanced he was just normal. To be honest I think these balance bikes are a load of nonsense. But hey it's your money your wasting.(_;)
