Add £25 for the 'optional' insurance waiver (else they put a £5000 block on a credit card). Hours of waiting around and pointless safety briefings then a few minutes on a track at a maximum of 40MPH because they oversell the track so it's over congested. Add £10 if you want an extra lap (they try and hard sell) and then £30 for the video pack and £15 for pictures. It's an expensive day (if you fall for the extras). Not worth it for such little time driving.
For £45 you could probably hire David Hasselhoff for the entire day. With optional extras such as lovemaking for a tenner and supermarket champagne for the twenty note.
Is the picture the car you will be driving because thats not kitt
3 hours wait...

then just 3 miles in an old banger...

Sounds great. Loved knight rider. But 2-3 hours for 3kiles? I assume there is a lot of waiting around?

3 miles that's about 1 minute 20
Not very long

On paper sounds good, but waiting so long for such a short drive can only leave with a feeling of disappointment
Does it have turbo boost??

Jokes aside.

I went to one of these and drove a gtr after the gt40 I wanted to drive was out of action due to over heating.

Unless your getting an hours drive it's a waste if time.
Wake me up when they have the DeLoren - I have some people I need to go meet in the past for revenge...

You’d be better off staying home and watching on tv. It’s on a bit early for most people but if you work nights like me, you can catch it.

Would get me closer to driving with KITT
For £45 (claimed to be £99) I would expect at least one hour of actual driving.

What would it cost to hire for a day? Split it between 6 people.

Expect massive amounts of disappointment.
Will he talk dirty to me?
Hey guys I guess it's a generation thing. I loved Knight Rider as a kid, but that was 35 years ago. £45 didn't seem that much to me for a bit of nostalgia. Love to you all x

Does anyone know if i can get the same thing but with the Batmobile?

I wouldn't pay the twenty note for the supermarket champagne.

I'm feeling the nostalgia so heat added! 🔥

35 years ago and KITT is still much more impressive than a Tesla

Baring in mind I paid £100 to go on a crappy virgin hot air balloon then this is most certainly a deal ! Much like the Delorean fairly crap cars to drive apparently

Completely agree. All of these 'experiences' such as drivings cars, paintballing, etc all treat you like cattle. I wouldn't even say "you get what you pay for", but each to their own.

Well you are cattle ? There’s no money in it for them if you turn up on your own with £45 ? However if 20 of you do and you get to watch each one of them before it’s your turn then it is ! Someone has to pay for the car ! Or maybe I’ll do one with my mark 1 fiesta and you can do a one on one experience for £45

They could make money without making people feel like cattle I'm sure of it.

Always a backlash eh. Definitely not saying that I expect it to be just me, but yes I'd definitely say they're all sardine-can experiences. Maybe that's the only way that they can draw a profit, so I'm not saying I have a better idea for a business model, but with the photos and descriptions of said experiences they never quite give a transparent image of the 'full' experience, imho; or the 'full' price, again imho. But obviously they'll dress it up, it makes perfect business sense, so I'm not going to contact them and complain. But, if it's okay with you, I'll simply express my opinion. Cheers

What is ? Work? Life ? I agree
I love KITT but the reality is this would be a slow bad handling car and probably not much fun. You can see this from all the KITT replicas on YouTube.

Do they put bull horns and shout moo ? Well I’m sure if you can think up a better solution for the same price then they’ll be open to listening. If you want it just for yourself then it ain’t gonna be 45 quid is it ? More like a couple of grand and you can have it for longer so £45 for the mass audience is a bargain I reckon you won’t get the chance to drive one again but each to their own and as I say there apparently not that great or fast to drive probably just like the a team van but it’s nostalgia and no doubt shows episodes and plays the music to enhance the day but I don’t care if you do it or not and doubt there’s one near me
