That was at a different price and using a code not available to everyone.
now that is a deal - got the one a few weeks ago with the foreman grill -- -but that was even smaller than i thought when it came
Beats £62 posted last week. Very tempted.
Be suprised if this is the touch screen one. But good luck!

Good stuff, thought I got a deal at £79! Oh well you win some lose some!
I suspect there is a new model coming out and or the non touch version will be dropped soon hence the low price on this.
Ordered via Quidco. Many thanks. Great deal. Tested the Kobo eReader Touch at WH Smith and it works fine plus advantage of greater range of titles and free ebooks from libraries.
Anyone ever used the aftercare...my previous order I forgot to remove it and it is still unopened a month later ....seems like I could return it and get this one instead?
this is a great deal. I bought one from Very for £49 for my mother in law and the Kobo Touch is excellent.

I have now ordered one and I need a new toaster as well.
We already have one of these & a kindle and the compatibilty issues can be got around with calibre
Just ordered one for myself - thanks OP
in case you want to see more about the toaster. Robert Dyas sell it for £20

just got one of these on the other deal gutted. think they will refund the difference.
Is it better than kindle?
Great, had an order cancelled the other day for which I had used the toaster code. So now I'm being told that I have already redeemed the code. Fail much? The price is good but I'm not ordering without the free gift, to which I'm entitled. Guess I'll have to ring the p*llocks.
HOT! Great deal - ordered

You could also try registering again with a different email, should let you use the code then.

Same for me but I added the hand blender...which I actually can use (unlike the toaster as I have one)
Probably flog my toaster to further bring price of eReader down.
Thanks OP, been waiting for this closer to £50 so I've gone for one in black. Gone up ever so slightly in price just as I was about to check out so total of £55.34 with the toaster. Prolly sell the toaster and gone through Quidco so another 7% so should end up less than £50!

Same address and CC details?

Uses the same screen as the kindle touch but is half the price and you can borrow library ebooks, bit more buggy though and customer service is poor. At this price then I'd say that its definitely the better buy (unless you spend hundred pounds or so on ebooks each year in which case the Kindle might be better)

But that's just my opinion...

... but waiting for next version based on misasol screen or equivalent from amazon

Edit: reckon, the price will drop further... to prepare for UK launch of misasol based reader perhaps.

Remember to remove the order care from the basket
Ordered thanks
Great deal... For £1+ the order care looks like it may be worth keeping incase you change your mind at any point in the future or a newer model comes out etc...

Yea, but the product has to remain in a saleable condition. So unless you literally don't unpack and use the thing for say, 9 months, I assume they wouldn't accept the return. So it's only really worth it if you're the type to leave newly bought things in their box for weeks on end. In which case, why buy it now in the first place? But yes, the small fee is possibly still worth it.

EDIT: The black's now out of stock, so the show's over for anyone who wants a sensibly-coloured e-reader!

quick google..........

Information about PDF reflow

PDF reflow is the ability to re-format a PDF document in reaction to the capabilities of the viewing device, changing the font size, the line length, and so on.

However, PDFs are essentially pictures of pages and as such are designed not to be altered from their original format. For that reason, Kobo eReaders do not support PDF reflow.

You can, however, zoom into and out of PDFs on Kobo eReaders to increase and decrease the size of the print.
