Does it work with borrowbox and libby.

Works seamlessly with Libby (syncs to Overdrive which Libby uses as its backend) on device. I believe you have to connect to a PC to use Borrowbox.

Is this equivalent to a standard kindle without the added ads? Can your own mobi and epubs be easily transferred and read off of it? Thanks.

I think so, yeah. I don't have this one but have the Libra H20 and I can move books around easily with calibre. I have an add on that automatically converts epubs into kepubs that work better on Kobo. The website lists MOBI as a supported format.

Overdrive library feature on these it's very nice. In the US Kindles have similar functionality, but this is cool for discovering new reads in the UK and other Nordic countries

Same price in Argos. If you want to collect it and avoid bizarre delivery.
