At under £30 for a camera with these specs, I'll be delighted if I get a couple of years out of it.

4.5 out of 5 stars, from 53 reviews on the Tesco Direct site.

If everyone leaves purchasing it'll probably be £9.99 in a week or two

Kodak poor quality but at £29 at this spec is reasonable.

was tempted at £49.99 have gone for it at £29. free click and collect is £30 or more so I added a memory card for it at a fiver. Heat for the deal. cold for making me buy a camera I didn't need

Yesterday, Tesco were selling Grade C refurb Kodak fz151 for £28! Now you can buy brand new for £1 more!

Does any owners of this camera have any sample videos they would like to share? I'd love to see what it's video quality is like!

Anyone aged under 40 probably hasn't heard of Kodak! Probably think its a cheap & nasty no name brand

Unfortunately, item is now below the £30 threshold, for free collection. Nevertheless, a big chunk of camera for Mickey Mouse money.

Brilliant price, nearly bought a couple of days ago when it was £49

I have a Camera that was half the price of your Iphone 6 and take images that are much much better :-)

Brilliant deal - thanks OP, I nearly bought for £49 the other day! Ordered - some great deals on tesco direct tonight Heat added xxx

Bear in mind that these are not made by Kodak, who ceased camera production when they entered bankruptcy protection and restructured their business. Kodak have licenced the use of the Kodak brand to another manufacturer.

Yep, Kodak isn't the company it once was. Like so many other once respected names it's just a brand slapped on stuff, usually from China. May be OK, may not, but don't be blinded by a name that seems familiar.

Maybe add something for £1?

Indeed. Even so, a camera with this spec for under thirty quid, is a reasonable punt, bearing in mind you're covered by a years warranty. For the faint hearted, an extended warranty can be purchased for under a tenner, still making this a cheap camera, with good reviews on the Tesco Direct site.

Surely on something like this it would be easier to just find something you need for a quid

the iPhone 6 offers optical zoom??
thought not.

HEAT!

This is a superb bit of kit and even better to take along with your DSLR gear as
a quick pix / HD video secondary unit, the pix are brilliant and the wide angle is
on par with some 200+ ones ;-)

Good for wildlife, footy, racing and most moving sporty type photography
and the OIS on this is very good, an amazing bargain to replace an older
style digital camera for any age of budding photographer!

When I think back to what my 35mm Canon EOS camera and telescopic lenses cost in the late 80's, then see what cameras are available for sub £100, I could weep :-(

****! i managed to hold off at 49 but gave in at 29!
