Your mobile would blow this away by a mile the only reason to buy this would be for the zoom but to many reviews saying its extremely poor above half the zoom length, a 2014 camera at this cheap level will be very poor by today's standards.

Wasnt trying to sell this to HUKDers. Just to point people in the direction of some relevant information. I have a box of used and unused cameras as I tend to use my mobile like most people. However I know there are people out there that still love their cameras.

This JK Imaging seems to be some middle company created to license the Kodak brand. The real manufacturer is Asia Optical of Taiwan who are a big OEM manufacturer for many other brands and make many components for cameras too. Maybe they didn't want to upset their OEM customers so confused the issue by creating this new company to license the Kodak brand.

I saw a recent review of the AZ901 and seemed a good camera and I have a AZ365 which I bought when on offer for £29 quite a few years ago from Tesco direct and its a pretty decent camera. I've no complaints with it or the quality of its images although the video at 720p is merely ok quality although the zoom feature compensates. I now have a Sony DSC-H400 and while the Sony is definitely better I can get similar images with the Kodak. Still its surprisingly to see the AZ421 still being sold, seems like many retailers are sitting on old stock that perhaps they bought cheap years ago. I don't find Argos very impressive either their prices or the models they decide to stock. They also have a terrible action camera they keep trying to flog for £15 that records terrible 720p video and barely lasts 20 minutes. It's like they are sitting on hundreds maybe thousands of those awful cameras.
