That's strange - because I have now tried a few different post codes and it lets me add - but maybe there is some local warehouse issue/stock thing going on here? There was plenty in stock at the Asda 24/7 store I went to earlier too.

Ah ok - initially I thought it was just not in stock from the warehouse they might be fulfilling the orders for your postcode - because I know that has an impact sometimes. I have now logged out and can still add it - really not sure why it won't let you add some.

Try the chinatown postcode
Yeah not available for me either. I've seen this before especially with these large rice bags, I don't think I've seen bags larger than 1 or 2kg in my local stores.
Says: item unavailable.
Prefer Salaam rice. Try it.

I quite prefer this to Salaam - also Salaam isn't available at this price right now to the best of my knowledge. They do come on offer from time to time at Morrisons and even Asda.
Expired please

I really don't know what's going on with their website - as it continues to be fine for me - I could add the maximum limit of 24 bags to the trolley

Fine for me. 4 bags £1 delivery. Not worth getting the car out. thanks OP
Tilda is expensive but there is no comparison, no matter how cheap
Just order 7 bags. I think there's different stock levels for different areas.
Still marked £17 in my local ASDA, but was charged only £10 at the till.

Whilst Tilda is good - I personally wouldn't pay double the price for it - the cheapest is £19 at Tesco - which in my opinion is too costly.

they're usually in the world foods aisle rather than with the rest of the rice. much better value, you can often get 5kg for 6 or 7 quid. and basmati is much tastier than american long grain rice.

That's the reason we are here. Though to be honest, I certainly spend on things I don't need and never thought of buying if I wasn't here. Begs the question, financially I'm I better off not being here?
Thanks OP. excellent deal.

That's always a tricky one - I'd say we save on individual items but in net sum end up spending more - so yes I'd say if we weren't here, we'd save some - but still be unhappy - if that makes sense

India Gate is a fab rice - but very hard to get at that price.

Expensive, yes. But how much do we cook each time? Overall per serving cost is very little more than 'cheap' rice. Of course if big amount cooked per day than different story.

We cook 5 baked beans tins lunch time then dinner time as well, so that’s 10 baked beans tin a day and the rice doesn’t last that long.

I heard a story kohinoor rice has stones in them people found stones mixed with rice. I stopped eating Kohinoor, it was on Facebook
