Can you use this as an ariel for a normal digital TV?
Is the reception quality good compared to other ariels?

I use it in a bedroom where we could not be bothered to fit a cable

Worth a punt at this price. Thanks for posting

Cheers for the info, hope this gets delivered have looked on their website and they don't do anything like this product and it has no reviews on Amazon.

Bought and will let people know ~THX op.....

Do TVs normally feed power through to the ariels?
e.g. This Toshiba TV

No free delivery to Northern Ireland ... oO

Ordered, thanks.

Ordered. Thanks OP.

ive ordered one, thank u for the tip off

Is this one of those aerials you need to move every time you change channel?

Bought one from a Lidl a while back and it was almost useless, unless you wanted to run to TV and jiggle with it whenever the channel was changed!

If your device does not power the antenna, then I think you need one of these

Gone for one.

suitable for all DVB-T receivers with 5 V 30 mA feeding. - Frequency range: 174~230/470~862 MHz - no idea what this means but my TV has a terrible reception using a cable from the loft aerial so I'll give it a punt.

Coming up as £14.95 when added to basket.

???

Came up at 14.95 for me too. Cheeky monkeys!

Ditto - just did 'One-Click' and noticed that it went through as £14.95. Tried adding to basket and same thing.

If you've placed an order then CHECK IT

Yes you're right... looks like this ones over.

So do TV ariel sockets normally supply power?

One click ordering is VERY DANGEROUS. I had to turn it off on my wife's account when she ordered eight copies of the same book, without noticing.

Keep in mind these mini-indoor aerials are only of any use if you are in a very high signal area.

just got an email - order cancelled - pricing error.
anyone else get it?

I've just had an email too, after I had a shipping notice. I've replied and told them to honour the deal or I'll leave negative feedback! I'm already miffed as I paid £18.95 two weeks ago.

Been trying to find their T & C's to see when it is classed as a contract. Cant find it anywhere.

Some STBs output 5V up the aerial cable but if your doesn't you can just buy a power supply to give that 5V

£14.95 now not 1.70
