Thought this looks great for someone who uses Apple Homekit and needs a cheap RGB bulb. As we know the Xiaomi Yeelight has been popular for months now, but with no HomeKit support, apple fans were feeling a little left out!

ok not sure that was there when I commented...
I wish there were more B22 colour changing bulbs!
60w? Should be seriously bright considering Philips hue is only 9w
it's 8w, according to the picture

Not really any need given converters are only 50p from Ikea.
Can these be linked to audio visual equipment? For example it would be nice to have an ambilight effect matching TV content
Need yeelights to be in this shape.
The shape is rather unfortunate. Still heated for the price.

Thanks! Bargain
I'm calling it the Khardashibulb! Massive butt, not a lot up top
Does this need some sort of bridge or does it work directly with Apple HomeKit?
Has anyone got one? 500 lumens seems a little low. I have Yee lights which are 600 lumens which is fine for my small rooms.
Cheaper at Lovehoney.
once the novelty of operating the light from your phone wears off, can you still switch the bulb on & off via the main light switch?

Would also like to know the same. Presumably if turned off from the main switch on wall you can no longer operate via mobile

You presume right seeing as you've turned off the power to it

The key thing is, what state does the bulb return to after power loss. The Hue lights I have in my lounge (which a permanently live and controlled with a Hue Tap) come on after a power cut (which is the desired effect for me). If you plan to control with a physical switch you'd want the same to happen. Depends entirely how the manufacturer implemented their bulb.

Ordered thanks op - the promo code is 775FCMBP for those not able to see the promo options on mobile devices
Mine arrived today. No need to bother with the shoddy Koogeek app – you can use Apple's app for everything. Siri control is immensely fast and so far it's been entirely reliable. I'm going to order another
Has anyone counted the colours? I need this in writing before committing. Id choose one colour a day, someone else can take over when I die before I've seen it through.
I don't understand how this deal is hot. It's only 60W. I got this one which is 10W for only £14.95. Really bright and works with Google home and alexa. I just added a converter to change it to B22. m.ebay.co.uk/itm…759?hash=item25ec4ed307:g:s~AAAOSw1RVadiud

I got to 15 million but then I lost count..
Presumably not dimmable in the sense of via a dimmer switch. Dimmable via the app of course.
Or just get a proper bulb for 50p. It does exactly the same as this. Just plug and flip the switch. It's a not that difficult . Is it?
Talk to the switch and it may just talk back. Or just laugh at you.

You'd need a very long arm to turn the light off and on when abroad on holiday though...
