thanks OP. always keep these in the house in case of headaches/migraines
These are very good. I used these to help me to sleep during the heatwave. It does make you feel much cooler and relax.
I get migrains when I stupidly don't drink enough water - I'm not good with tablets at the best of times. Are these actually any good?
Love these!

For the price, give it a go. They definitely help me with my migraines, more soothing and help with nausea side of things for me.

Very much depends on how you respond to migraines. If the feeling of something cool pressed against your forehead provides relief, these are an absolute godsend. They stay cool for a long time.

In my case they are significantly more effective than ibuprofen or paracetamol.
Thanks for all your responses guys, will give them a go!
Could've done with these during the heatwave just to cool me down
What's in them?
Advantage of these over a cold flannel?

Cold flannel heats up in one or two minutes and then becomes clammy and oppressively warm. These stay cold for hours.
Useful for making up an order to £20 if you don't have Amazon Prime.
