Sorry i meant to be " Never a battery to change plug in receivers and the Spontaneous electrical transmitter eliminate the hassles of having to change disposable batteries or recharge your units" found on product sales page so i just want to be use shortcut word! LOL

No it's not just you that says no battery needed, obviously the plug mains bell receiver's are battery free! But the seller's discription says battery free for the button transmitter, it's in the photo description!

Kinetic energy (mechanical energy transformed into electrical energy each time the button is pressed), I think? That's how the "miChime" which has no batteries works.

Unless they're just describing the more obvious mains powered receivers which obviously don't need batteries? I'm thinking this is the case and they're just using these misleading key words to pull in buyers looking at the previously mentioned "miChime". Notice the difference between the wording, the receiver specifies no batteries required. The doorbell: no batteries needed, maybe insinuating that the doorbell already comes with a battery installed?
