Honestly it's one of the best spiced rums you can buy for under £30. I should know, I've tried most of them.

Usual price is around £23. Deal price for 70cl is usually around £20.
The 1L bottle occasionally goes on sale for around £23 which is a very, very good price when it happens.

Yes, I did a blind taste test at home between the Kraken and Sea dog, and was surprised to favour the Sea dog.

Got litre bottle for 22 in December. So this for me is a little too much. Its nice but not this nice.- Aldi Sea Dog is one of the best rums. Won gold awards over more expensive brands. Another one to try is Banditti. As far as I can see you can only get it from Glasgow distillery or Master of Malt.
It's an ok price. Same price in Asda same size bottle also. Bought my mate the lambs spiced rum the other day for him to try from Amazon £12 for the 70cl. It has decent reviews.
Like black spiced rum including kraken. My personal favourite though is black magic. Amazon did have it on promotion at £16.

Same price in Sainsbury's or was yesterday. However as I still had half a bottle I got Dead Mans Fingers instead, also £20, a lovely spiced rum.
